Maple Leaf Foods seeks a Coordinator supporting environmental monitoring, pre-operational monitoring, GMP, HACCP, and Hold and Release. You will analyze program data, manage incidents through product tracing, and guide corrective actions. The position also supports training, calibrations, construction-related activities, and FSQA Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute environmental and pre-operational monitoring programs
- Coordinate Hold and Release program execution
- Investigate incidents, complaints, tracing, containment, and disposition
- Deliver CCP, prerequisite, and food safety training
- Support calibrations, construction activities, and FSQA Technicians
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or related discipline
- Two to three years in food manufacturing technical roles
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, planning, detail, and teaching skills
