Roll out safety management software across all sites Standardize SOPs for federal and provincial compliance Monitor safety indicators and report performance to leadership Lead audits, corrective actions, and emergency planning Develop H&S teams through coaching and capability building Requirements:
Seven to nine years of H&S-specific experience In-depth federal and provincial OHS legislation knowledge Enterprise software implementation and change management experience Incident investigation and risk assessment expertise Engineering or H&S degree; CRSP designation an asset Apply enterprise leadership, regulatory knowledge, and data-driven safety expertise to Maple Leaf Foods’ network.
