The work spans premium allocation, billing, receivables, commissions, and financial integrity. You will partner with Finance, Risk Management, Underwriting, Sales, and Financial Integrity & Controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams responsible for deposits, billing, and commissions
- Oversee premium allocation, billing, and commission administration
- Manage suspense accounts and aged financial exceptions
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related discipline
- Three to five years of progressive financial operations leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple teams and developing employees
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
