The Manager, Administrative Services Only Billing leads financial administration for client benefit plans. This hybrid role supervises billing professionals and supports timely billing, reconciliation, payments, reporting, and related financial transactions. You will partner with Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Risk Management, and Operations to support client accounts and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily administration of self-funded benefit plan billing
- Oversee monthly bill runs, invoicing, adjustments, recoveries, and taxes
- Reconcile client accounts, funding arrangements, and financial activity
- Resolve complex transactions, escalations, exceptions, and suspense items
- Maintain controls supporting accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, economics, mathematics, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience in financial operations, billing, accounting, insurance, banking, or related industry
- Understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, risk management, and governance
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
