Lead Marketing expense FP&A for Manulife’s GWAM Segment in a hybrid Toronto position, guiding forecasting, planning, and executive decision support. This senior finance leader partners with GWAM business units across Retail, Retirement, Institutional, and Shared Services. The Director provides strategic financial leadership across forecasting, expense management, reporting, and investment decisions. The role also advances process improvement, automation, analytics, and Finance Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Marketing expense forecasting and planning
- Partner with GWAM Business Unit leadership teams
- Deliver executive presentations and management reporting
- Identify productivity opportunities and optimize expense performance
- Advance automation, analytics, and reporting processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive Finance experience
- Deep FP&A and executive stakeholder management expertise
- Experience supporting large business units or P&L organizations
- Proven forecasting, planning, and expense management experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
