10+ years in talent management, HR programs, HR technology, or early talent 3+ years leading teams and coaching program managers Experience managing enterprise talent programs through launch and adoption Strong roadmapping, budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery Curiosity about AI, emerging HR technology, and test-and-learn innovation Bring global program governance, early-career development, and Human Performance leadership to Manulife’s GRO platform in Toronto.
