Position Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem Integration Delivery: Support end-to-end delivery of customer SSO and third-party care partner integrations, from discovery and requirements through build, testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization. Partner with Design, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and CIAM teams to define and validate solutions, including SSO and identity federation requirements such as SAML 2.0 and OIDC.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Roadmap, Backlog & Prioritization: Co-manage the ecosystem integration roadmap, backlog, and delivery plan across multiple workstreams. • Integration Standards, Launch Readiness & Performance: Contribute to reusable integration patterns for customer onboarding, vendor connectivity, data exchange, monitoring, and operational support. Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and monitor adoption, authentication success, reliability, defects, support volume, and member experience to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in Digital Product Management, encompassing identity or SSO integration expertise. Two to four years of relevant experience in digital product management, business analysis, technology delivery, platform integrations, or a related role. Experience supporting SSO, APIs, identity, or third-party integrations is an asset.

  • Ownership and Accountability: Proactive follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability for outcomes, decisions, and commitments.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise product documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Learning Agility: Curiosity and willingness to build deeper expertise in digital health, member experience, identity, platform integration, and partner ecosystems.
