Bachelor’s degree in business, digital, technology, marketing, or related discipline 10+ years in digital product management or transformation leadership Experience scaling reusable products across complex, federated organizations Understanding of APIs, cloud, identity, personalization, data, and analytics Strong influence, communication, strategic, commercial, and analytical skills Bring enterprise product leadership, digital transformation expertise, and strategic alignment skills to advance Manulife’s reusable capability portfolio.
