This Service Relationship Specialist represents Manulife with large and jumbo corporate clients, Advisor Firms, and Partners. The role supports Account Executives through relationship management, escalated inquiry resolution, client reporting, and plan recommendations. It also coordinates internal teams serving organizations with 400 to 80,000 or more covered lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support finalist presentations and new business implementation meetings
- Resolve complex benefit plan inquiries and service escalations
- Initiate amendments and obtain outstanding requirements
- Prepare client reports using web analytics platforms
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and administrator training
Requirements:
- Extensive Group Benefits knowledge and experience
- GBA designation or progress toward the designation
- Understanding of underwriting, funding, risk analysis, and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and personal automobile
