Manulife is seeking an individual contributor and subject-matter expert supporting the Global Head of Anti-Fraud. The Director oversees and challenges fraud risk management across US and Canada segments, including Manulife and John Hancock. The focus spans insurance and asset management, with collaboration across technology, information security, compliance, legal, investigations, audit, and business units. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fraud risk strategy across US and Canada Enhance fraud detection and prevention technology capabilities Embed fraud risk management across business segments Standardize, automate, and improve fraud risk processes Engage regulators and maintain fraud policy documentation Requirements:
Eight or more years in financial crime or fraud risk Experience designing large-scale standardized risk management systems Excellent communication and regulatory engagement skills Ability to influence business process and outcome changes Strong organization, collaboration, and prioritization skills Apply strategic fraud governance, regulatory engagement, and detection expertise to strengthen Manulife’s North American risk framework.
