The role coordinates strategic priorities, business-as-usual commitments, performance routines, governance, communications, and special projects. It integrates planning, execution, reporting, and cross-functional connectivity across Manulife Bank. Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual strategy and business planning with integrated roadmaps Coordinate quarterly, monthly, and weekly leadership operating rhythms Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalations Coordinate budgets, expenses, investments, vendors, and portfolio scorecards Translate performance insights into leadership actions and decisions Requirements:
