This Canadian Operations Management Intern role provides experience within a high-volume team supporting advisor referrals. You will review applications, follow account-opening procedures, monitor workflow queues, and maintain accurate records. The work supports Advisors, customers, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new account applications and supporting documentation
- Follow procedures for account opening activities
- Monitor workflow queues and service level commitments
- Follow up on outstanding administrative requirements
- Research discrepancies and escalate complex issues
Requirements:
