This Vice President role leads Manulife’s Global ORM function and supports the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. You will implement the enterprise ORM program, align it with regulatory expectations, and integrate operational risk with overall operations. The position requires business resiliency, crisis management, operational risk, and information risk expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Global ORM function across the Company Implement and evolve the enterprise-level ORM program Oversee risk appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, and reporting Support the Operational Risk Committee and regulatory discussions Drive global operational risk transformation and strategic initiatives Requirements:
Minimum 12–15 years in resiliency, crisis management, and ORM Large-enterprise operations experience on a global scale Successful multinational business-model transformation and execution record Knowledge of Canadian and United States regulatory environments Strong communication, influence, analysis, and critical-thinking skills Bring strategic operational risk leadership, regulatory knowledge, and transformation experience to Manulife’s global ORM program.
