Drive A/B testing and multivariate experimentation for Manulife through hands-on Adobe Target execution in a hybrid Toronto work arrangement.
As Personalization & Experimentation Analyst, you will deliver approved testing initiatives from setup through launch and monitoring. The work includes configuring Experience Targeting, audiences, content variations, reporting settings, and campaign schedules. You will help translate stakeholder requirements into experiences that support engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute A/B, XT, MVT, and other approved experiments
- Set up targeting rules, offers, goals, and reporting metrics
- Ensure implementations match approved designs and content
- Review results and recommend testing or personalization improvements
- Assist opportunity prioritization, rollout, and live activity monitoring
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years with Adobe Target or comparable platforms
- Experience managing experimentation and personalization activities
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer segmentation principles
- Ability to manage multiple activities with strong attention to detail
