Our client, a leading manufacturer in Stayner, ON, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team on a steady afternoon shift. As a Warehouse / Material Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material movement and inventory management. This role will lead to permanent with benefits upon successful completion of 6 month probation.
Location: Stayner, ON
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour / $21.25/hr after 6 months and permanent hire
Shift: 4:30pm - 1:00am (Mon - Fri)
What's the Job?
- Inventory management and accuracy, cycle counts
- Order picking and packing, material staging, physical inventory
- Returns and putaways
- Documentation and transaction entry
- General warehouse support
- Label, weigh, and stock raw materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations using automated system to maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels.
- Process production and work orders for shipment
What's Needed?
- Forklift experience (will certify in house)
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred.
- Solid understanding of inventory control processes, order picking, and shipping/receiving functions.
- Computer skills an asset
- Able to pass a Criminal Record Check and comply with internal safety and conduct policies.
