La personne idéale possède un leadership mobilisateur , de bonnes compétences en communication et une capacité à organiser efficacement ses priorités , afin d’assurer une exécution uniforme des pratiques de l’entreprise.

What's the Job?
- Assurer la gestion et la supervision du magasin, incluant les opérations quotidiennes.
- Coordonner les activités de mise en marché et veiller à la conformité des pratiques en magasin.
- Participer au recrutement, à la formation des nouveaux employés et au développement de l’équipe.
- Planifier les horaires de travail selon les besoins opérationnels du magasin.
- Gérer les inventaires et soutenir une exécution efficace à un rythme rapide.
What's Needed?
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail (minimum requis).
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe et en supervision active.
- Horaire de travail à déterminer selon les besoins opérationnels du magasin.
- Bonnes habiletés de leadership et de communication.
- Capacité à organiser efficacement son temps, gérer ses priorités et travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
