Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst for their Corporate and Commercial Loan Operations team
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to details, teamwork, experience in high-volume environment and good Corporate credit experience.
Job Title: Operation Analyst - Loan
Location: Toronto Downtown, ON (Hybrid)
Pay Range: 29.00$/hr
Shift: Standard hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Contract: 12 months to start with possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance
Overtime: May be required during high-volume period
What's the Job?
- As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing corporate and commercial loan products
- Updating loan systems (Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS), etc.)
- Disbursing funds to clients ensuring all due diligence requirements are followed and Service Level Agreements are met
- Processing loan principal, interest, fee payments, etc.
- Perform and promptly resolve various investigations loan booking discrepancies, reconciliation of suspense accounts, past due items, etc.
What's Needed?
- Experience with corporate and commercial loan processes and products (Risk Free Rate (RFR) / SOFR / CORRA / SONIA, Prime, demand loans, sub-credits, Letters of Credit, non-performing loans, etc.)
- Experience processing high volume of loan transactions
- High level of organization/accuracy/attention to detail and efficiency.
- Microsoft Excel experience
- High efficiency with data Entry
