Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a AM Dock Sorter - Chatham to join their team. As a AM Dock Sorter - Chatham, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient cargo handling and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: PM Dock - Chatham
Location: Chatham, ON
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.– 10:00 a.m.
What's the Job?
- Loading and unloading trailers and curbside vehicles efficiently and safely
- Scanning, cubing, and reweighing cargo to ensure accuracy
- Working with conveyors, roller belts inside trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles
- Adhering to all safety standards and procedures
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (local)
