Manpower seeks an On Site Manager supporting Operations and Workforce Management for a manufacturing client. You will manage recruitment, staffing, attendance, employee relations, and performance monitoring. The six-month contract may extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workforce operations at the manufacturing facility
- Serve as client and workforce liaison
- Lead technical and non-technical recruitment
- Coordinate scheduling and onboarding sessions
- Monitor performance and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Three to five-plus years in recruitment, staffing, or workforce management
- High-volume technical and non-technical hiring experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation and safety standards
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems proficiency
