MPCAN seeks a Project Coordinator supporting DND energy projects through project administration and document control. You will coordinate meetings, maintain reporting, and support documentation for change orders, invoicing, and progress claims. The work uses Procore, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. This position serves projects connected with CFB Petawawa and CFB Kingston, requiring accurate records and controlled information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Procore workflows and maintain accurate project records
- Control records across Procore and SharePoint
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and track action items
- Prepare progress reports and maintain daily documentation
- Support change orders, invoicing, claims, and access documentation
Requirements:
- Three or more years coordinating construction, mechanical, electrical, or energy projects
- Hands-on Procore experience with RFIs and submittals
- Document control experience with registers and revision control
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel and SharePoint
- Reliability Status eligibility, Ontario license, and travel ability
