You will work with stainless steel, aluminum, and pipe materials while applying powder coating principles. The position requires equipment operation, blueprint reading, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare stainless steel, aluminum, and pipe parts for coating
- Operate guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems
- Monitor gauges and equipment operation for defects
- Inspect paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality
- Promote safety and support on-time customer deliveries
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Experience with powder coating or industrial painting
- Manufacturing and fabrication process experience
- Blueprint reading ability and mechanical aptitude
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and criminal record check
