You will guide customers from onboarding through renewal across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Use product usage data, customer insights, and shared success plans to connect Fable’s value with strategic goals. Support accessibility research practices and sustained usage across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own adoption and sustained usage across enterprise customer portfolios
- Build success plans with measurable goals and milestones
- Identify churn risks and lead reengagement action plans
- Manage renewals, forecasts, proposals, and commercial coordination
- Build executive sponsorship across accessibility and product functions
Requirements:
- Four-plus years in Customer Success or customer-facing SaaS
- Three-plus years managing enterprise customer relationships
- Experience supporting renewals and commercial discussions
- Experience using AI for research, analysis, or workflow automation
- Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms such as HubSpot
- Bring enterprise customer management, renewal leadership, product adoption, and accessibility interest to Fable’s customer portfolio.
