Key Responsibilities:

• Input payroll changes while following agreements and statutory requirements
• Reconcile payrolls and verify balanced, timely payments
• Maintain personnel, payroll, and benefit documentation
• Prepare payables, periodic reports, and annual payroll reports
• Submit benefit changes and assist employee inquiries

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and one year post-secondary business education
• Three years computerized payroll experience in unionized organizations
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with multiple collective agreements and benefit administration
• Sixty words-per-minute keyboarding and advanced organizational skills
