Lead Reporting and analytics products at MaintainX, using product strategy and data insight to surface customer ROI through a mobile-first platform. As Lead Product Manager, you will own Reporting capabilities and ROI experiences within the Core division. You will shape customer-facing analytics, AI-powered natural-language insight features, and reporting for Mid-Market and Enterprise audiences. The work connects data modeling, user research, competitive analysis, and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Own Reporting capabilities end-to-end across the MaintainX platform Expand analytics products for operations, finance, and EHS stakeholders Build products supporting customer ROI and North Star metrics Partner with sales to help close large deals Guide designers and engineers toward measurable outcomes Requirements:
Eight or more years of product management experience Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products Understanding of data modeling and pipeline decisions Experience partnering with sales on Enterprise deals Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable KPIs Bring analytics leadership, data fluency, and customer ROI focus to MaintainX Reporting products serving industrial operations.
