Drive operator sales at MaintainX by running discovery, demos, trials, and value selling with manufacturing customers. This is a co-sell position.
As an Account Executive – Operators, you will expand MaintainX across frontline workforces and plant sites. You will size operator seats, build ROI cases, and close expansion opportunities. The work involves collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run discovery, demos, trials, pricing, and closing alongside account owners
- Find operator expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Engage plant, operations, EHS, and maintenance leaders
- Structure pilots and translate results into business outcomes
- Maintain forecasts and operator opportunities in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Three or more years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage, or asset-intensive environments
- Track record of beating quota, including expansion deals ideally
- Strong value selling, discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
- Confidence presenting to plant managers and operations executives
