The position combines people leadership with system design, project management, hiring, coaching, and partnership with Product Managers and Designers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead five to six developers and manage delivery priorities Own quality and reliability across your team's systems Set expectations and provide ongoing feedback Interview candidates and help raise the talent bar Report team impact, progress, and risks to leadership Requirements:
Two to three years leading teams that ship Strong technical foundation in system design Computer science fundamentals and modern web technology knowledge Experience solving problems and managing projects Interest in hiring, coaching, and developing engineers Use technical leadership and people development to strengthen MaintainX's secure access, reporting, or search platforms.
