This Lead Engineer supervises a small product engineering team within a program and represents product engineering on technical issues. The position supports product development through code reviews, hardware reviews, and eBOM compliance. It also coordinates mechanical closure design for electronic assemblies and prototypes. Address customer satisfaction issues related to assigned programs Supervise product engineering activities and staff development Act as subject matter expert for ECU system integration Evaluate new products and existing product improvements Supervise engineering change notices for quality and reliability Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Ten years of directly applicable industry experience Experience in product design, analysis, testing, and supervision Strong MBSE tool experience with Jira, DOORS, and Simulink Strong team development and customer interface skills Apply product engineering leadership, MBSE expertise, and customer communication skills to Magna’s automotive technology programs.
