Analyze inventory reports and perform cycle counts at Magna, supporting accurate materials information for automotive production. This is a regular, permanent position.
As a Cycle Counter with Magna Exteriors, you will maintain inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and support production requirements. The position requires analytical ability, computer skills, attention to detail, and manufacturing experience. You will also support physical counts, packaging supplies, assembly reporting, month-end inventory activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily inventory reports and maintain complete activity records
- Perform daily cycle counts on purchased materials when required
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend actions preventing recurrence
- Organize physical inventories and analyze counting results
- Maintain neat work areas under 5S standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma completion
- Minimum one year manufacturing environment experience
- Strong computer skills and analytical abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
