Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, tenders, and equipment schedules
- Select custom air handling and HVAC equipment
- Apply coils, fans, pumps, valves, and components
- Coordinate HVAC controls requirements with specialists
- Prepare submittals, schedules, selections, and engineering drawings
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering technology or engineering
- Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and air handling systems
- Experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications
- Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD proficiency
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
