As a Collections Specialist, you will manage assigned customer accounts across the MAD Elevator Group.
Daily work includes reviewing aging reports, contacting customers, tracking commitments, and coordinating invoice corrections or account adjustments.
You will also communicate account status, obstacles, and next steps to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review aging reports and identify overdue invoices
- Maintain customer contact histories and follow-up dates
- Reconcile accounts and clarify payment allocations
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Finance
- Provide management updates on collection progress
Requirements
- At least two years in collections or accounts receivable

- Professional verbal and written customer communication
