As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive care supporting Residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and physician while coordinating individualized care plans. This role welcomes new graduates and experienced nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, Resident-centered nursing care
- Assess, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
- Guide and mentor frontline care staff
- Support clinical decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or recognized nursing degree
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience developing and evaluating individualized care plans
- Clean vulnerable sector and criminal record check
