Shifts Available: Afternoon Shift - 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. (4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday)

MacLean Engineering & Marketing Co. Limited is looking for Maintenance I to join our Facilities/Maintenance team at our Collingwood, ON manufacturing facility. We are seeking an ambitious and progressive candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
About the Position:
- Assist Facilities lead Hand with all service, repair and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Perform general building maintenance of buildings and grounds that may include inspection, repair and maintenance of roof, windows, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, air piping, utilities, fire protection and other structural components of facility
- Painting and lawn care of facility
- Maintain logs and records of equipment and ensure they are kept up to date
- Assist moving, installation and commissioning of new plant equipment or services
- Assist in addressing plant or equipment related safety concerns
- Ensure storage areas are maintained and kept in an orderly manner
- Complete daily checklists on equipment as required by the Maintenance Program
- Initiate purchase order requests for parts required to perform repair or maintenance responsibilities
- Overtime may be required in order to support facilities/maintenance projects
- Other duties as assigned
About You:
- The successful candidate has a positive attitude, is open-minded, willing to learn and is flexible along with the following qualifications:
- Certificate of Qualification industrial Millwright as an Industrial Millwright, Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician is an asset
- Experience working in a Facilities/Maintenance department is an asset
- Valid forklift license, AWP license is an asset
- Able to self-start, and schedule priorities as assigned, working with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
