As an Industrial Engineer, you will support industrialization across MDA's advanced satellite processes. You will ensure process consistency, assess productivity, and review methods from design through client delivery. Your work connects program management, design, procurement, test, quality assurance, and assembly teams while supporting quality, efficiency, schedules, and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform capacity analyses and production-line layouts
- Capture production data through time studies
- Determine material-flow requirements for production lines
- Manage processes and coordinate continuous improvement activities
- Develop corrective actions and improve production quality and security
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN principles
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to obtain required security clearance and Controlled Goods approval
