Lead enterprise EHS management systems from MDA Space’s Brampton location, using governance, process design, and digital enablement expertise. Shape consistent approaches across Business Areas. The Enterprise EHS Management Systems Manager owns EHS governance elements, management system architecture, digital tools, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement processes. This position develops frameworks, standards, tools, and operating methods while supporting local flexibility. The role also guides implementation, training, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Enterprise EHS Framework documents, training models, tools, and templates Define enterprise standards, requirements, and governance processes Ensure framework alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs Lead digital solution requirements, configuration support, and governance Establish KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting methodologies Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Business, or related discipline Seven or more years in EHS systems, governance, or improvement Experience implementing ISO-based management systems Strong process design, project management, and change management skills Experience with enterprise digital platforms and data governance Apply enterprise EHS governance, digital platforms, performance measurement, and continuous improvement expertise with MDA Space in Brampton.
