Reporting to the Director, Global Parts Operations, this manager oversees people, processes, systems, inventory, transportation, and facilities. The role delivers accurate, damage-free parts within service commitments while supporting dealer responsiveness and equipment uptime. Success requires safety leadership, operational execution, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead receiving, replenishment, picking, packaging, and shipping operations
- Maintain safe, secure, compliant workplace conditions
- Improve flow through Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis
- Plan seasonal staffing, shifts, equipment, and facility capacity
- Direct supervisors, training, performance, and workforce development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or operations
- Seven to ten years of progressive distribution or parts experience
- Three years leading supervisors or managers in high-volume environments
- Experience with WMS, scanning, inventory technology, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, and change-management skills
