Lead Multi-Sport and Creative Activities coaching at Stanground Academy during Easter, Summer, or Winter school holidays. Work with children aged 4–16.
As Lead Coach, you will lead holiday camp sessions through the Holiday, Activities and Food programme. Coach planned Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity sessions with onsite assistant coaches. Follow the daily structure provided before each programme begins and support a safe, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planned holiday camp activities for children aged 4–16
- Coach Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity sessions
- Supervise children during activities, breaks, and lunch
- Complete registers and provide daily Regional Lead reviews
- Promote inclusion, adaptability, and BeYou, BeKind, BeGreat values
Requirements:
- Positive relationship-building with children and young people
- Clear, confident communication with families and colleagues
- Ability to adapt activities for different ages and needs
- Organisation, punctuality, and positive behaviour management
- Willingness to learn and receive constructive coaching feedback
