Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily billing and invoicing tasks
- Set up new customer accounts; verify references
- Process bank deposits and manage payment records
- Handle overdue accounts and execute collection activities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and assist accounting processes
Requirements:
- AEC or DEC certification in Accounting required
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel needed
- Knowledge of Odoo software is advantageous
- Must be fluent in French and English
