Own client-facing reporting, performance benchmarks, KPI standards, and actionable marketing insights across MaaS Managed Services accounts. MaaS is looking for an Analytics & Insights Manager to help us turn marketing data into clear, meaningful direction for our clients and internal teams. We are looking for someone who does more than pull numbers into a dashboard. What you'll do

- Analyze performance across channels, campaigns, and client accounts to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas of underperformance.
- Investigate why performance has changed and turn the findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead client reporting conversations, present insights, answer questions, and explain what the data means for their marketing strategy.
- Partner with account managers and channel specialists to improve performance and address tracking or data-quality issues.
- Create repeatable reporting templates and processes that can scale across accounts.
- Use performance insights to develop creative campaign ideas, tests, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead select campaigns or initiatives from concept through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Own the overall analytics and insights approach for Managed Services.
Who you are

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and how they connect to business goals.
- Confidence presenting to clients, answering questions, and guiding conversations about marketing performance.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear explanations for people with different levels of marketing knowledge.
- Ability to investigate performance, explain why results changed, and recommend what should happen next.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and client-facing performance summaries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to turn data into campaign ideas and strategic opportunities.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage reporting and client relationships across multiple accounts.
