Drive Salesforce and revenue systems effectiveness at Powerfleet as a Senior Revenue Systems Analyst supporting global operations. Lead requirements and testing.
Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations, you will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Business Solutions. The work covers GTM systems, sales processes, reporting, data governance, and automation. Your efforts translate business needs into system improvements for a global revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements across Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack
- Lead user acceptance testing and document rollout outcomes
- Improve pipeline, forecasting, territory, and reporting workflows
- Identify system gaps and maintain a prioritized business needs backlog
- Support AI tool adoption and process automation initiatives
Requirements:
- Three or more years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems
- Strong Salesforce knowledge; Administrator certification strongly preferred
- Experience documenting requirements and partnering with technical teams
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing and system rollouts
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
