Job Description
The client is looking for an Application Delivery Leadassigned to one or more application teams, with a specific scope: the fraudmanagement component of a property and casualty insurance project.
The role sits between the project manager and the technical teams, coordinating development, architecture, infrastructure, security, testing and operations to move delivery forward.
The client stresses accountability: beyond processes and management artifacts, they expect someone who steps in to resolve issues, manages dependencies and mobilizes contributors.
Responsibilities combine an agile context with more traditional delivery management (cost estimation, change management, implementation strategy).
Target candidate: an IT delivery lead who has driven the actual progress of an application component within a large-scale project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing issues, risks and dependencies.
Their CV shows responsibility for planning, cost estimation and implementation, not only schedule tracking.
- Collaboration on large-scale projects, multidisciplinary environment and agile context
- Coordination of technology solution delivery across disciplines (development, architecture, infrastructure, security, testing, operations, project management)
- Management of multiple stakeholders
- Deliverable planning and coordination of cost estimates
- Issue resolution, risk analysis and dependency management
- Functional supervision of contributors and quality control
- Change management and implementation strategy
Requirements
Profiles to Exclude
- Profile listing schedule management and artifact production with no demonstrated responsibility for issue resolution or cross-team dependency management.
- Scrum Master or agile coach profile with no demonstrated responsibility for deliverable planning, cost estimation or implementation strategy.
- Profile whose delivery experience is limited to a single development team, with no documented alignment with architecture, infrastructure, security, testing or operations.
- Administrative project coordination profile with no functional supervision of contributors.
- Business-side project management profile with no technology solution delivery.
- Profile with no documented large-scale project on the CV (team size, number of teams, budget or duration absent).
