Lead enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, policies, and controls Drive adoption and optimization of governance and data catalog platforms Oversee data quality, metadata, master data, and lineage programs Develop governance metrics, data health KPIs, and executive reporting Build high-performing teams and lead cross-functional initiatives Requirements:
12+ years in data governance, management, architecture, analytics, compliance, or related disciplines 4+ years of people leadership experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Enterprise-scale governance programs and operating model experience Experience defining governance policies, standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks Direct enterprise data governance, data quality, metadata, and compliance programs while influencing senior stakeholders at McKesson.
