You will support clients across four First Nations through comprehensive community nursing. The work emphasizes culturally grounded, holistic, and community-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive in-home nursing services to community clients
- Support clients' health, quality of life, and independence
- Perform IV therapy, wound, ostomy, and tube feeding care
- Provide palliative care and respond to emergencies
- Develop and facilitate health teaching initiatives
Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses Ontario
- Minimum two years of nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
