Concevez des solutions SAP RH, Paie et Temps en mode hybride sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal, avec un rôle central en architecture. M3C recherche un(e) Architecte de solutions SAP RH et Paie pour un poste permanent chez un client de la Rive-Nord. Vous dirigerez l’évolution des solutions SAP selon les orientations stratégiques et les besoins d’affaires. Le poste relie les équipes TI aux parties prenantes des opérations.
Responsabilités clés:
- Concevoir, configurer, développer, tester et mettre en production les solutions SAP
- Agir comme référence fonctionnelle et formateur auprès du centre SAP RH
- Analyser les besoins et recommander les évolutions des progiciels
- Collaborer à l’architecture et documenter l’évolution des solutions
- Participer aux projets, changements, tests d’acceptation et support post-implantation
Exigences:
- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience comme analyste d’affaires SAP RH
- Connaissance fonctionnelle d’au moins trois domaines SAP RH
- Expérience en configuration d’au moins un module SAP RH
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, maîtrise de Microsoft Office
