Responsibilities
- Perform legal review and approval of contracts
- Draft and negotiate high-risk commercial agreements
- Assist in compliance with contract management procedures
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal advice

Requirements
- Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering or construction law
- At least 3 years’ post-admission experience in Ontario
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
