This full-time position supports Sephora's Leadership team by reducing shortage and maintaining operational controls. You will provide client service, use CCTV, prepare incident reports, and develop relationships with law enforcement, mall security, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance for external theft
- Follow laws and Sephora policies during apprehensions
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Conduct self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Support shrinkage prevention plans and inventory preparation
Requirements:
- One year of retail asset protection or loss prevention experience
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
