The Senior Associate, Live Streaming Host supports live auction streams by showcasing products and encouraging user conversion. You will monitor chat, maintain presentation quality, and prepare items for smooth events. The role may also include social media creation or backend operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and narrate live auction streams with high energy
- Present 15-30+ products per hour clearly and persuasively
- Monitor live chat and encourage audience participation
- Verify items and SKUs before each scheduled stream
- Maintain camera framing, product visibility, and organized backgrounds
Requirements:
- Comfort using computers and mobile phones
- Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok, eBay Live, or Poshmark
- Engaging personality and comfort appearing on camera
- Availability for full-time, on-site work
- Willingness to travel 60-80% around Toronto
