Reporting to the Registrar, the Academic Services Coordinator provides reception and clerical support within Luther College at the University of Regina. The work includes student registration, electronic files, scholarship administration, academic regulations, and event assistance. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal ability are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to student and public inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Schedule student appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with registration, scheduling conflicts, and student records
- Maintain academic emails, letters, forms, and electronic files
- Support Convocation, receptions, and other public events
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in liberal arts and sciences
- Experience working in an office environment
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Sound interpersonal skills and collaborative flexibility
