As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Retail teams and business stakeholders. You will support planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reviews. Your analysis will turn financial data, metrics, and trends into clear information that drives action and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely financial support to Retail teams and stakeholders
- Analyze month-end variances, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting model improvements
- Translate data into understandable trends and actionable impacts
- Develop tools, dashboards, ROI analyses, and presentation materials
Requirements:
- One to two years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and modeling skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements and underlying drivers
- High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, and results-oriented approach
