Lead asset protection and safety across lululemon’s Western distribution centres, using risk analysis and operational leadership. This is an in-person role. The Senior Manager directs AP&S Managers across multiple sites and establishes regional priorities aligned with network strategy, risk trends, and jurisdictional requirements. The role oversees safety, security, compliance, investigations, emergency preparedness, staffing, budgets, and operational performance. Success requires consistent execution across varied operating environments. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years in asset protection, safety, security, risk, compliance, or operations Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site environments Knowledge of safety legislation across multiple jurisdictions Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements Authorization to work in Canada and regular travel availability Bring multi-site leadership, risk management, and safety expertise to strengthen lululemon’s fulfillment network across Western distribution centres.
