As Senior Director, Product Development, you guide accessory development across the full lifecycle. You translate enterprise and division strategy into actionable plans while partnering with Sourcing, Technical Development, Design, and Merchandising. Your decisions address cost, materials, construction, capacity, timing, quality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Assess supplier capability and capacity with Sourcing partners Resolve development risks through cross-functional alignment and decision-making Lead new capabilities, tools, and development methodologies Monitor industry innovation, materials, and manufacturing technology Partner on supplier technical capability, quality, and continuous improvement Requirements:
15+ years of progressive Product Development or related experience Significant experience leading large, global teams and leaders Strong financial and commercial acumen across product portfolios Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Commitment to inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team culture Apply accessory product creation expertise and supplier partnership skills to advance lululemon’s quality and commercialization standards.
